By renting or using services from PaDunkTank.com, you agree to the following terms.
2. Rental Use and Responsibility
- You must be 18 years or older to rent equipment.
- You are solely responsible for the dunk tank and any associated equipment once it leaves our facility.
- If your event requires insurance, you must provide your own coverage. Pa Dunk Tank does not provide insurance or coverage of any kind once the equipment is in your possession.
- Pa Dunk Tank is not responsible for any injuries, property damage, or death resulting from the use or misuse of the dunk tank or any equipment we provide. Use at your own risk.
3. Safety & Supervision
- Renter must ensure the dunk tank is used on level ground and under responsible supervision at all times.
- Children must be supervised by adults when near the tank.
- Do not exceed weight or use limitations provided with the rental.
4. Payments and Cancellations
- Full payment is due prior to equipment release unless otherwise agreed.
- Cancellations must be made 72 hours in advance for a refund.
5. Limitation of Liability
